German arm of Aioi Nissay Dowa Europe (AND-E) takes a top SME employer award in 2022

Munich, February 2022 The German operation of Aioi Nissay Dowa Europe (AND-E), the European subsidiary of  the Japanese insurance giant MS&AD Insurance Group, has been named a Top employer for several years in a row by the German job platform for medium-sized companies called “yourfirm”. 

Employing more than 170 colleagues across its German operations and, like every business in 2021  having faced significant upheaval, the award is particularly significant for the business as Diana Strasser, General Manager HR explained: „As with most employers across Germany and the rest of the world, 2021 was a challenging time. We are, therefore, particularly pleased that our efforts to support our colleagues through such a difficult period have been recognised. With a strong focus on business and personnel growth for 2022 and beyond, having such a prestigious employer award will be especially beneficial for our on-going recruitment plans.”

Yourfirm with more than 1 Mio. jobseekers per month evaluated the best employers in German Small and Mid-sized Enterprises (SMEs), based on a popularity index for published job advertisements and company profiles among jobseekers.
